This program gives you the control to achieve your ideal weight in a fit, toned and healthy body.
Enhance the choices you make about food and exercise. Hypnosis recordings reinforce your
progress and allow you to design your own hypnotic suggestions! Once you have achieved a reduction of at least
SIXTEEN pounds, you have all the tools and strategies you need to continue
the program on your own.

Program Review
Session 1. Intake interview and assessment of hypnotizability. Identify your own unique realistic weight loss and fitness goals with a weekly time frame and longer term time frame.
Session 2. Reframing compulsive eating. You'll complete a process to examine some of your unconscious motives behind overeating.
Session 3. Training in self-hypnosis. This session focuses on designing your own individualized self-hypnosis program. You will then learn how to enter into self-hypnosis
without a recording using your own tailored hypnotic suggestions. The
session will then be recorded in order to reinforce the effectiveness of
your own personalized program.
Session 4. Learn to control emotional eating. Complete assessment that identifies your own specific emotional eating triggers. This is then incorporated into an individualized hypnosis recording and your own personal CD is provided.
Session 5. Making sensible food choices. A hypnotherapy session focusing on choosing healthful, nutritious and slenderizing foods.
Session 6. Learn to tune into your inner body signals to eat moderately, more frequently and feel satisfied.
Session 7. Powering up your motivation to exercise. A recorded hypnosis within session is provided to supercharge your motivation to exercise and love the feeling of moving your body.
Session 8. Design your future so that the changes you've made are lasting and permanent.
